Take into account delays

Dear Customer

As was given on our webshop, we maintained adjusted opening hours and shipping dates during the holiday period. The carrier indicated that the chance of delay around the holidays was very high. Given the fact we work with plants, we could not take the risk that packages would be on hold in a (cold) depot.

That is why we maintained the following regarding the shipment of packages:
Orders placed and paid before Sunday the 8th of December 23:59 have been shipped in the week of December 9th.
Orders placed and paid after Sunday the 8th of December 23:59 have been on hold during the mentiond pause in shipping.

We started processing orders again on Monday, January 6th, in order of receipt. We are a family business with a small team and do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, due to the amount of orders, we kindly ask you to take into account any delay. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace code.
