You are probably used to the fact that we ship by default with DPD, and that for shorter shipping trips you can choose UPS Express. As of now, we have added a new shipping option to that: DHL Parcel Connect.
What is DHL Parcel Connect?
DHL Parcel Connect is a shipping network dedicated to international deliveries within Europe. It is designed to deliver packages quickly, reliably and economically, with extensive tracking capabilities and many local drop-off points.
Why are we adding this option?
We are constantly looking for ways to offer you, our customer, more choice and convenience. DHL Parcel Connect can be interesting for customers in certain countries where DHL has a strong presence, or where DPD and UPS deliver less smoothly. For example, think of regions where DHL achieves faster delivery times, or where you prefer to have a parcel delivered to a nearby DHL pickup point.
Test phase!
Currently, DHL Parcel Connect is still in the testing phase. This means that we are making this shipping method available on our website step by step and closely monitoring the first orders. This way we can assess whether the price-quality ratio matches what you as a customer can expect from us and whether there is enough enthusiasm to keep it available.
