What happened to Plantique?
https://plantique.shop Plantique has been collaborating with us for a long time due to the great demand for luxury houseplants. The demand for especially the mega luxury segment caused us to start a small business together with a modernized webshop platform. Unfortunately, it has become very difficult to find suitable staff to support us with maintaining the assortment and product pages. Due to an unexpected increase in the number of orders on both shops, Plantique fell somewhat into decline.
Complaints or questions about an order
For complaints or problems regarding an order via Plantique you can still use Plantique's email address, but from now on it is also possible to contact us regarding an order.
Will my order still be shipped?
All orders that have not been shipped yet are still being processed. But no new orders can be placed through Plantique anymore. Tracking links will still be sent once the order is ready for shipment.
