How can I access the wholesale prices on the webshop?
To get an account at Claessen Orchids and Plants with access to wholesale prices and discounts, it is best to contact customer service via our contact page. You will then receive an email explaining what you can do.
Can I place an order without a European VAT number?
It is only possible to place an order with a valid VAT number, because our webshop is mainly set up for private orders. With our small team it is otherwise too difficult to keep the accounts of companies without a VAT number. On the advice of our financial advisor, it is therefore only possible to access wholesale prices with a VAT number.
Tiered prices on rare plants
We do not use tiered pricing online (yet) because we have a very dynamic assortment. It is therefore very difficult for us to see how much discount we can give on orders with large numbers. For this you can best request a quote via customer service (contact page).
Shipping plants outside the EU
Shipping outside the EU is only on request and from a certain price. Due to fluctuating transport costs, this can vary not only per country, but also per period. Please contact our customer service. Through the webshop, orders can only be made within the EU.

Claessen Orchids and Plants is a small family business, located in the south of the Netherlands. Our company has arterial roads to Belgium and Germany, making us relatively easy to reach.
