Ficus

Ficus has about 850 species. Ficus has both green and species with variegata. Often it is a plant that prefers drier feet, but likes to be in a reasonably humid environment. Often this is considered a relatively easy houseplant. Moreover, it is a very interesting plant, because the species all have their own fig wasp to reproduce. The plants can get fruits that are used by locals not only as an important source of food, but also for certain traditions and worship. Of the Ficus, there are tree-like plants, but also, for example climbing plants, making it a very diverse plant genus.
