The Renanthera is a special flourishing houseplant that has a similar growth such as the Aerides, Neofinetia and the Vanda. They all grow vertically and they can all be kept like hanging plants. The care of these species is therefore basically comparable. If you are looking for a scented orchid, the Renanthera is also very suitable.
The most common colors that the flowers have of this orchid is red, orange and yellow. Moreover, these flowers grow in bunches. That makes the flowering all the more enchanting with the full flower branches. Such plants are therefore very good as window decoration.
These orchids love a moderate to warm and humid climate with a lot of air displacement. In addition, they need a lot of indirect light for good growth. This orchid is not the most complicated in terms of care, but we do not recommend this plant to start when you are a beginner.
The Renanthera can spread separate and intriguing scents through the room when it is in bloom.
